Bronze corydoras from South America. Length 3 ins aprox. Very popular fish but often misunderstood - these fish need there own food they are not a true scavenger.

Easy to keep,best in shoals of 3 or more. Make sure gravel is small and round not large and sharp as this will damage and wear their barbels away. These entertaining fish have been known to breed in captivity even in the community aquarium.
